NTTWORKS, a leading company specializing in wireless call systems, announced that it completed the installation of a factory solution using SYSCALL software at Yakjin Trading's knitting factory in Binh Phuoc, Vietnam, from July 30 to 31.

The installed products include customized emergency call button software for the Vietnam factory, the multi button bell ‘ST-4008,’ and the direct pager SB-700N. According to NTTWORKS, the newly launched industrial-grade ‘SYSCALL Emergency Call Button Software’ enables the control room to effectively manage production line issues and emergencies.

Notably, the SYSCALL Emergency Call Button Software is specifically tailored for the Vietnam factory. Integrating and configuring the factory's actual layout into the system enhances customer satisfaction and provides reliable service.

NTTWORKS has installed one SYSCALL monitor in the control office and QC line of Yakjin Trading's Vietnam factory. Additionally, in the first factory, a total of nine multi-button bell, 'ST-4008', have been installed—one for every eight knitting machines and one in the QC line.

Using the multi button bell 'ST-4008,' four production-related situations can be registered and managed within the system, allowing real-time monitoring of the processing status. Furthermore, the system is designed to provide location and zone information by setting different recipients for each number through the company's proprietary software.

The SYSCALL's international sales team leader stated, "We expect that the customized software developed for Yakjin Trading's Vietnam factory will contribute to improving production efficiency. We plan to secure additional orders through this initiative continuously."
